Not great .. idk why anyone raves about this place. Owner here has a stand offish attitude and face. Pie wasn’t great just ehh.

I tried this place out for the first time, since I love pies. I tried the small Coconut Cream Pie and The Key Lime Pie. The Coconut Cream was good, however the Key Lime Pie didn’t taste right. Maybe it was a bad batch or ingredients were off. I love me some Key Like Pie but this tasted nothing like it. I spent around $11 for both of them for small individual pies, which is more than I expected. The staff was very friendly though when I went in.

Love this pie shop. So friendly and accommodating. The pie is delicious. We buy at least 7 dozen every year for the kentucky derby.

Came by the other day to get my birthday pie. Ordered a regular size chocolate cream pie, paid while the attendant asked the lady in the back I'd they had any more. She said no but they could throw one together really quick. I said no, that I would just change to a banana cream pie. We got home and took the pie out a couple hours later, I noticed that the pie filling was pulling away from the pie crust and that the filling had a hardened like film on the top, you can see the color difference between the top layer and the rest of the filling, the top layer was rubbery...we went to cut it and the pie stuck to the knife like crazy. We ended up needing to rinse the knife off completely between slices. The filling had completely separated from the crust and was just clearly old. We ended up throwing our pie away. I'm pretty bummed since this was for my birthday. I've bought the 4 pack of mini pies here before and they've always been delicious. I hope they get this corrected sooner rather than later, but for the price I will try some more shops around before returning.The customer service was good, the reduced stars was because they sold me something that they didn't have in-stock.The ambience is adorable and well decorated for a pie shop.

This company makes decent pies however they're also very trashy and cheap. It is my birthday and I received an email stating "I have a free pie on us for your birthday!" The caveat? You have to buy a pie first! Cheap n trashy.

Oh my gosh these pies are truly so good! Wonderful experience. The key lime pie is delicious. Not super tangy or tart. The white cream on top is so light and airy, lightly sweetened. Just really good. The pecan pie is delicious as well! Not overly sweet. Everything was really delicious! Much smaller pies than I expected but still overall a good experience.

My husband and daughters each got a pie today and they were in love! They tried the key lime, coconut cream, and chocolate cream pie! I tried a bite of the key lime and it was so delicious! We will definitely be back!

Owner refused to exchange a pie that tasted terrible. $30 in the trash. With margins like that, take the pie back, keep the customer happy. Owner did offer two small pies

I can admit I “almost” failed if it wasn’t for good humans… Over a week ago I placed an order for a pie (one that several family members raved about when we had it for Thanksgiving). I had selected pick-up for yesterday at 11am, HOWEVER in my head I had it for today. My phone blocks unrecognizable numbers and just pushes it to voicemail. So yesterday they called at 6:30pm, left a voicemail that I hadn’t picked up my pie. We were getting ready to head to Bentleys soccer game so never saw the voicemail until 8:00pm, which is when they close. I immediately call, in a panic (pretty much freaking out that I had the wrong day and they are CLOSED on Sundays). The owner answered and SAVED the day! He offered to meet me today (on his day off) to give me the pie!! Now that’s customer service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HUGE THANK YOU to Jason at Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop

Picked up two pies the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Had easily placed and paid for my order online a few days prior. Pickup was quick, they had pies wall-to-wall. Everyone loved the Pumpkin and Apple pie. Pumpkin pie did say it’s only available 10/16-12/31
