My family ordered Thanksgiving plates from Chef Point in Colleyville because I didn’t feel like cooking this year.
When I arrived at my scheduled pickup time of 11:30 a.m., I was told the food wasn’t ready and that I would need to come back an hour later. My cousin ordered their Thanksgiving meal from here, and the entire dinner was undercooked to the point that we weren’t able to enjoy a proper Thanksgiving. I was present during every call she made trying to get it resolved. She called multiple times with no call-back, and her food wasn’t even ready at the time it was supposed to be. We Tried.
Made reservations for Wednesday 8/27/2025. Seated somewhat promptly. Twenty minutes later no waiter, no water no nothing. We noticed lots of tables without food, meals being delivered to the wrong table, folks going to the bar to get their drinks and bring them back to their table.
All that to me spelled a service way in trouble. We got up and left.
