Chipotle Mexican Grill

My family has given up on this location after repeated recent experiences of not having proteins and rice prepared, and unhelpful staff. We now go out of our way to visit other Chipotle locations instead. Must be poorly managed.

I went in a few times to get one side, this one black gentleman ended up charging me for 3 sides. I DID CALL CORPORATE TOO! This kind of service is disgusting especially in Colleyville! Not sure why he felt the need to do that either. Never going back

I really liked it except for the chips that are sometimes a little watery but that always happens but that's what happened to me.

Just want to thank the whole team for putting together 21 burrito bowls for me this morning!

Guacamole was dark and old. Couldn't even taste it in my bowl. The corn salsa tastes like straight salt. Terrible! I would not recommend eating here, ordering here, or online. Can't even call and talk to live person because of automated robot system. That's a cop out! And yes, I've already complained directly on the website. Disappointed is an understatement. Never again!

Long time no see my friend. I got me 3 tacos and it is delicious. The taco ? are fresh and yummy. The customer for was amazing experience for me. The restaurant was very clean and a good place to meet up with a friend. The tacos I have was with all fresh ingredients. Come and try it out and dine together.

Just left and not happy with my experience!
The girl putting my bowl together was very rude. I came in at 9:15. 45 minutes before close, there was no beans, not much meat to choose from, no chips available to purchase. When it came to check out, the girl didn’t ask if I wanted a drink. She just told me my total nothing else. It was as if I was an inconvenience for her. As she was checking me out and I was paying, she turned her back and started talking to another employee. There was no tea, almost all the sodas were out of order besides sprite and Mr Pibb. $13 for a bowl and it wasn’t worth that.

Edit- DO NOT ORDER ONLINE TO THIS LOCATION. If you do, check food at restaurant when you pick it up. Placed an online order, double meat Al pastor burrito bowl. After picking up and checking bowl. I barely received a single serving of meat. Bowl was messy, very few toppings. Charged almost 19 dollars. Contacted customer support for a refund. That was the last straw, no longer a Chipotle customer.

Not sure what is going on at this Chipotle. Been coming to this location since it opened, but things have changed for the worse. Arrived at 11:30AM on Friday, multiple customers waiting at counter without anyone helping them. Employees sitting at tables eating. After someone finally decided to help the customers, no Al Pastor, most of the hotel pans were almost empty, no sofritas ready, grilled vegetables looked as if they had been sitting there since the day before. Just an overall feeling of bad management and employees that take zero pride in their job.

We have been going there for 3 years. Management must be bad. There is a high turnover. Now, recently, they give you half the portions they use to. Last time, they forgot the lettuce on the kids meal this time, the lettuce was slimy and black. We order chips and gauc and the bag was literally 20% full.

This Chipotle is not consistent and unreliable. The employees are poorly trained and not well managed.

Parking: Plenty of parking because all of the locals knows this Chipotle is not managed well.
