I can admit I “almost” failed if it wasn’t for good humans…
Over a week ago I placed an order for a pie (one that several family members raved about when we had it for Thanksgiving).
I had selected pick-up for yesterday at 11am, HOWEVER in my head I had it for today.
My phone blocks unrecognizable numbers and just pushes it to voicemail.

We were just there and the girl literally rolled her eyes at us while we were looking. We felt unwelcome and rushed. Being an adult I don’t need a teenager treating me that way! If I do honestly I can stay home! Your pies are great your customer service needs some work!

Based on the reviews, Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop Colleyville offers fantastic pies with great staff. The 4 mini pie deal is highly recommended, as each one is fantastic. The Granny’s Apple Pie is a standout, tasting like a crisp Autumn Day with a sweet, buttery, and crumbly crust and a sweet apple filling with just a dash of cinnamon. The coconut pie is very good, though their buttermilk pie is different from the real buttermilk pie made down south. The staff is great at helping customers decide, and they are very accommodating, even allowing a forgotten Thanksgiving apple pie to be picked up after closing. A bundle ordered from California was 100% recommended and tasted so good. Mini cookies and pies were delicious and tasted like a crisp fall day. The shop absolutely nailed the style of Apple Pie.
