Unfortunately experienced awful service on my last 2 visits. The cashier was disinterested, and seemed bothered doing her job. Also I have ordered milk by the glass for years and was recently told by a manager that it can’t be done. I left without ordering on that visit but decided to give Einstein another chance. I decided to purchase a bottled milk with my meal this time only to discover that every bottle of white milk was expired. The cashier again seemed bothered by having to search for an in date milk. At checkout I presented a $100 bill for my $17 dollar order and was told “I can’t do that”. In summation, the customer service at this location is abysmal from cashier to manager and I am forced to not visit again.

Employees weren’t helpful. They are more concerned with standing in the corner talking than greeting and communicating with customers. Worst experience at an Einstein Bros.

I ordered an all nighter from the drive thru in Colleyville at about 11:00am or 11:10am on Nov. 11 2025 It was barely warm and the cheese on the begal looked like they put a square piece of cheese on top the spinach. Then I found 3 hairs baked in it. And NO it was as not the spinach. These were ACTUAL HAIRS! I will never go back there again! So I wasted my money on something I didn’t eat.

Acknowledge customers when they walk in the door. I get you’re busy an understaffed but ignoring a customer in front of you without so much as “I’ll be right with you” is unacceptable. Walked out.

I ordered pickup, but they took for ever and there was no cars in front of me. the bagels were small and burned. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. I didn’t have time to go back, but I’ll definitely never be returning.

It is just odd to place your oder in one spot then walk over and pay it another thay gets congested fast! Then my drink is always forgotten, I always have to walk over and ask for it. Otherwise everything is good. I highly recommend the Nova Lox. The addition of a sliced tomato on each slice is amazing 👏!

The general manager, Mel, has changed my 2 star review to a 5 star review. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive through and received that wrong bagel. I didn’t notice until I got home. I called and Mel answered, she apologized and was honest about the mistake that was made. She was trying to figure out how to make it right, because I couldn’t drive all the way back to the store as I was starting my work day. She ended up delivering my order herself and added a free drink and free coupon for a future breakfast item. She was so apologetic and sweet, she’s doing an amazing job! I know it’s hard to hire hard working employees, but Mel is saving the business!!

Rudest cashier ever. Can’t count change. They still owe me a penny but she was so rude when I kindly corrected her I took
What I could get and vowed never to return. I’m eating my once frozen bagel and now just cold bagel in the car wishing zi had gone somewhere else.

5GEN TEXAN

Stay far away from this bagel place. Staff is rude and discourteous. Girl actually threw my bagel at me across the counter, failed to acknowledge my greeting, never said thank you, and acted like she hated working at this bagel shop. Owner needs to address the attitude by the staff here and make sure staff understands they are working in a service industry. Further, the bagel tasted stale and I ended up throwing it away after one bite. Too bad one can’t give this business 0 stars.

Very disappointed with the service. The staff was inattentive and seemed uninterested in helping. I had to ask multiple times just to get basic assistance, and even then, the response was slow and unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Came in and ordered 2 everything bagels. There 2 were clearly 2 left when they were ordered. 5 mins later when calling my name, they told me there was only 1 everything bagel. This place is very stuck up as are the patrons. I don't live in this area so I guess the customers and employees knew it. Stay away from the Einstein in colleyville.
