Gloria's never disappoints. Great atmosphere, amazing food and exceptional service. This place operates like a well oiled machine. The queso is the best I've ever had! We highly recommend this restaurant. I didn't take photos of our food so I'm posting a pic from their website. We went at a slow time so there was no wait and it was very quiet. I think the Colleyville location is quieter than other locations I have visited. I'm a vegetarian and this is one of my favorite places to eat as it's easy to modify many menu items.

Delicious lunch with a warm pork and cheese pupusa, too crispy yucca strips, plaintains, chips and my favorite black bean dip. Their iced teas are very refreshing!

I'm not sure about the Vegan menu? They have a Vegetarian menu and a Gluten free menu. I order from the regular menu. The food is great! Service is always on point. Very nice and friendly staff at every location I've been to.
