Called to cancel an order but never got to talk anyone 3 times. Someone would pick up the phone and then set it on the counter.

Horrible service! Ordered 2 sandwiches and waited 20 minutes. During that time, at least 5 people walked in and placed orders and got them before us. I finally asked what the problem was and was and the employee said, “who knows” and walked away. Food is ok and employees are rude!

Food isn’t ready on time. I placed an online order, came in on time to pick it up and it’s not ready at pickup time. Instead of expediting it, they are doing other peoples orders. Wasn’t ready until 10 min past time

We placed an order for two sandwiches online and when we showed up to pick it up.
They told us they didn't have bread so they put the stuff in a bowl! What? No option of a refund either and they had attitude!
