MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

Very disappointed. I would have appreciated a returned call from the manager, but I guess it's not important to call people back who ask to speak to you? I would have handled this directly with the store manager instead of a bad review here, but...
First, we placed an online order and arrived at the store about 2 minutes before it was supposed to be ready, only to discover that their system was down and they didn't receive the order. Sheet happens, so technology glitches can be overlooked and forgiven, no problem. However, at the counter they asked for my order number and what it was, so I showed them my mooyah app on my phone, which had our complete order in detail. They took a picture of the order and told me they would get right on it. Good customer service would have been to at least offer me a fountain drink while I waited, but oh well. Finally got our order and left and before we even left the parking lot, sampled a fry from the bag and found they were stale and cold. Didn't have time to go back because I had spent so long waiting for them to make my order and had hungry kids at home waiting on me to get back with the burgers. Got home with the burgers and discovered each one had incorrect toppings on them...weren't even close. I called the store to speak with the manager - they didn't answer. Left a clear message with my name and phone number and asked for the manager to please return my call. 23 hours later, still no word from the manager, so here I am giving you a bad review. Terrible food, and even worse service, which is really too bad because my family likes Mooyah burgers when you get it right...which is why you got 2 stars instead of just 1. The offers is still there to return my call and speak with me...don't just give me some boo-hoo canned response here.

Food was good, service was slow even though it wasn't busy. The front staff looked confused. The place needs a thorough cleaning. Ceiling vents are disgusting.

The burger is nothing special—pretty much what you’d expect from your average fast food spot. That said, they definitely don’t skimp on the fries. They load you up with what feels like an entire bag full!

I ordered takeout with extra toppings on the burger. The burger was abysmal and they didn't put any of the extras I asked for. There was a staple inside my fries. A metal staple that felt like it pierced my tooth. This place needs to be shut down.

Burger tastes good. They charge $5.99 for fries and really can be shared between 2 people because they give you a lot. I prefer fries crispy and these are soft but have good flavor. Overall I liked their food but prefer other burger places.

Quick greeting, was able to get my order taken quickly. Clean restaurant including the bathroom. Very fresh tasting burger and fries.

Vegan burger was a joke Jesus so many vegan burger buns out there also what's up with the patty falling a part. $19 for cold fries and useless burger. Hard No!
