NYC Bagel & Deli

I ordered from NYC Bagels this morning (7/27/24) and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The bagels tasted stale and were excessively dry and tough. To make matters worse, they were overpriced in my opinion. The side order of cream cheese was not only expensive but also insufficient at less than 3oz. It was barely enough to cover one side of one bagel, yet their website purports the $2.99 purchase is enough for 2 bagels.

I have enjoyed their bagels in the past, but this experience was a complete letdown. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The bagels were dry. There was way too much ranch on the sandwich. The pastrami had a good smokey flavor but it was mostly fat.

I ordered on uber eats. I paid the additional $1.25 for an asiago bagel, I received a plain bagel. It was an additional $1 to add cream cheese and they add the thinnest shmear on one half. They didnt even put it on both sides. The Turkey sausage tastes terrible and looks like boiled meat. The eggs have a layer of green in the middle, I can’t imagine thats okay to eat. I would give 0 stars if I could. Will never order here again.

I got the Italiano, one in onion & one on garlic. Those bagels were straight up made of granite. I spent $30 on 2 awful sandwiches made of stone, $4 of which was an unauthorized tip as I selected “no tip”, yet the receipt still shows a $4+ tip. My wife swapped out her concrete bagel for burger buns when I got home (which is 3 minutes away so there’s no way this has to do with sitting in a box for the ride home). I’ll eat Einstein’s bagels out of a flaming dumpster before I try this place again.

The filling of my bagel was good but the bagel it self was hard. Even the plain bagel with cream cheese was very hard.

Came in and a loud sound alerts the employees that a customer has arrived. After 10 minutes of being ignored I walked out and will NEVER return...

Bagels are hard. New owners they charge 2.99 for a hard bagel plus they charge .25 to toast it never heard of that before. Panera bagels much fresher unlimited coffee please don’t patronage ny bagel

This place is a must try!! The staff is friendly, great, helpful, and professional! Prices are reasonable and delicious!! Must try highly recommending it.

Delicious, you have to try one!

If you love BLTs than you have to try thier new chopped BLT with cream cheese, avocado on toasted white bread. It's absolutely amazing. The staff and new owner is so kind and friendly. I will definitely be back.
