Exactly what I expected and I got it. Best damn loaded fries on the planet. Got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was hot, and hot a so damn good.

Lunch menu is good value. Burgers that have different options with fries and drink for $10. Also nachos and chicken as option. service was good. Not busy surprisingly.

Writing this because I'm kind of miffed about being put on hold and seemingly forgotten. I was going to place a pick up order and always tip well. Your loss.

Don't ask someone to hold and leave them there for FIVE minutes. Who knows how much longer it would have been if I hadn't hung up.

We happened to visit the Colleyville location two days in a row and the food and service are wonderful. My husband got the fried jalapeño burger and was impressed how well it was cooked. We had nachos, chicken strips and a classic burger and everything was accurate and tasty. The second day we were there at dinner and the kitchen was a little slow. The power went out and the staff remained calm and checked on everyone. We always love Snuffer’s!

Had the privilege of dining at this fine establishment last night, I gotta say, I LOVE this location. I've been to a lot of burger bars, and this one is by far my favorite. The food is always fresh (they even let me get a lettuce wrap since I don't eat bread), the place always clean, and the service is top notch. The employees are really great at keeping the composure, even when being berated by angry patrons. I have nothing but great things to say about this place!

Kid-friendliness: I can always take my kids to this place and not feel like the servers are arguing over who will take my table (like other places). They allow my children the time to order their own meals and are super friendly with my babies.
