The simple order, in spite of being repeated 4 times, was delivered wrong. We received the wrong entree and wrong drink. I hate to say it, but it think there was a language. The issue was resolved in the end, but still quite disappointing.

I just want to say Jayden the carhop that brought me my food literally ran my food to my car. My only complaint was that the touchscreen did not work and it did not allow me to leave him a tip and he definitely deserved a tip. (Shame on sonic for not having their stuff working correctly because these kids work off tips 😔! I felt bad so I ran to the bank and got him cash!

Last year I ordered a trick or treat blast from this location and instead of telling me they couldn't make it they threw candied nuts and raisins and other salad toppings in a cup with a bunch of ice cream.

Ordered 2 Route 44 ice waters with sugar free peach syrup and added strawberries. No syrup and literally only strawberry seeds and very little ice. Horrible! And I tipped well. Worst Sonic ever.

The burger tasted terrible. Burger had onions which I ordered without. It just tastes like the griddle its cooked on. What happened? Sonic burgers used to be good.
