I wish I could provide a better review because it seems like a nice homey local restaurant— it it took over an hour to be served on a Sunday afternoon (past peak). The entire meal was cold with the exception of the pancakes which were quite light and warm. We watched as plates of food were left for several minutes too long before eventually served to the guests. Some light-footed food runners would be a great help to the staff.

I've known the owner since before I could speak a full sentence! Since she owned the little Café over by the Lucky Stop on hwy 82. The food has never changed, no matter the places she has moved too! Those old fashioned burgers are the reason I gained all my weight! It is so could you just can't stop eating! Those fries are fresh everytime & they're actually fries not the nasty crap you get from fast food. Iykyk Service is quick. Food is always fresh. Staff is always nice!
Kid-friendliness: It's a place for the whole family. Now there's no playground or anything, but there's a table for everyone!

Poor Boys, Poor Food. I wish I took pictures. My daughter's pancake was burnt to a crisp, the server offered to take it back saying the cook keeps sending out food that's unacceptable. This was only proven more when my chicken fried steak was extremely rubbery and tough, my baked potato was still RAW, and my husband's chicken fried steak had a hair in it. Won't be back.

Great little breakfast place. Spanish omelet was delicious as was the homemade salsa on top. The side of bacon was thick and perfectly crisp. Biscuit and gravy was hot, too. Best young waitress was attentive but not overbearing. Great little place and will be back to try lunch!

Sometimes they have good specials and other times breakfast takes 45 minutes. Their priorities are the specials instead of the customer.
