We love Taco Casa! We can only get it when we pass through Texas on the way to Colorado from south Louisiana. We eat it for lunch on the way up and again on the way back. I love the nachos and soft taco so much. My friend loves the burrito and super taco. We love the old school colors, vibe, and limited menu. They don't do a lot but what they do is so dang good! Long live Taco Casa from a fan in Louisiana!
