Small portions and overcooked or over proofed bread sticks. I love pizza hut because their crust is so crunchy and the toppings are awesome, but higher prices and smaller portions kinda killed it for my big family. Still awesome for a couple or some teens on their own or a very young family, but if you're trying to feed a crowd you're out of luck if you want to keep costs down. Disappointed during latest visit. We ordered a salad each, and when it arrived, there was no dressing or none offered. The mix of ingredients was good, but a dry salad just wasn't what we were looking for.
