The food, ince we finally got it, was delicious. Very cool looking spot. Very nice owners who made a point of visiting each table, which was very nice. Service was very slow we were there for over 2 hours waiting on service and food. Prices were high for a small town restaurant. Band was nice but loud and it think you had to pay more to sit close to them which was unusual , we just heard the warmup. Overall a good experience.
I had the barbecue brisket and it was really good. Hubby had the grilled pork chop and it was terrible, but they did take it off the bill. The waitress was really nice and accommodating.
Great place !! Definitely will be coming back! Food was awesome!

Pumpjack Saloon is a very cool looking spot in Colorado City. The food is delicious and outstanding. A barbecue brisket was really good, while a grilled pork chop was terrible but was taken off the bill. The staff are friendly and the waitress is very nice and accommodating. Service was very slow, and the wait was over two hours. Prices are high for a small town, but many guests still find them affordable and recommend the place as a local gem. The inside is very nice and a good spot for a date night or lunch with friends. Live music is cool, though it can be loud and close seats cost extra. The owner is very nice and makes a point of visiting each table. Overall, the food is fresh and great, the ambiance is great, and many people recommend Pumpjack Saloon for a good experience.
