I waited 35 mins for 6 tacos. Started off in drive threw then went inside. Drive threw employee looked at us and went back to talking on her cell phone. I have been a server since I was 16 years old. So for me to say something service has to be absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Manager was the only person working.
So “short staffed” that they have the doors locked and can’t take orders at the menu board why the hell are you even open. Staff Was rude when I asked why the doors were locked. Seems more like they are lazy there isn’t even a sign saying lobby closed.
We went into jack n the box and the cashier was screaming and cursing about someone not coming in too work. She locked customers out refused too wait on them, the trash was over flowing all three big cans. There were two children climing on the counter tops, and tables. The cook did our order alone and she repeatedly apologized for the cashiers behavior. This employee needs to be fired this experience was intolerable and preventable.
