Absolutely the worst place in Columbus just ordered two sandwiches or Panini's in a Greek salad the Italian melt the bread is so hard you can't bite it the salami and pepperoni are super super hard the Greek salad was supposed to have balsamic vinaigrette and had no dressing whatsoever the chips that I got with my Italian male are stale and they did not give me the drink that was supposed to come with my meal this place is atrocious

I placed an order through the drive through for a sandwich with chips and a tea. I was asked to pull around twice and then park. (it took 25 mins and there was no line) I asked to add bacon which was $3.95 - for 3 strips but there’s barely even one on there. Also there is absolutely no ranch on their “turkey avocado ranch” sandwich. After 25 mins you’d think it would be hot but nope it was ice cold. 12/10 don’t recommend, management should be embarrassed to serve this and for their customer service.

Stopped in on a road trip to get coffee because of the easy on and off to the freeway, but was really impressed with the selection! Coffee was great. Clean place and came out quickly.

They had seasonal drinks for Christmas.

Coffee was well done. Tried one of the specials. Treats were very good. Right off the highway and east access. They did have a drive thru as well.

SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. You should not have to wait 30 mins for a coffee you called to in order. (Have to call 4-7 times to get someone to answer) You get there and there’s no idea about a call in order. People are nice but this is ridiculous.

Delightful stop on our way to Galveston beach. The manager provided exceptional service and the tastiest desserts.

I stopped in at 9:29 this morning to grab a latte on my way to Houston for a Dr visit. The young lady at the front counter was pretty unenthusiastic and honestly NOT helpful. She didn’t ask if I needed anything, suggest anything or really look to interested in taking any order. I am in food service and I have flat out had a better latte from a machine at McDonald’s. That’s honestly saying something when you were in full control of creating a quality experience for a customer as a barista. I ordered a M toasted hazelnut with marshmallow and requested caramel in addition to those flavors. I was told she would only do one pump of each because it comes with 3 but that wasn’t what I asked for and I’d be willing to pay an up charge for the extra flavor pump. She just proceeded to making the latte and I’ll say this as far as quality of the coffee. The syrups were good quality in flavor but not sweet. The espresso was pretty good quality but she heated my whole milk TO HOT and did not froth it enough so the taste was not to enjoyable. My assumption is she has not had actual barista training. Anyways for $6.61 for a medium, underwhelming coffee and uninviting experience I WOULD NOT return to that location. I highly suggest you guys have a meeting with staff on their attitudes and retrain on proper temperature control and techniques.

Great stop! As a espresso snob, I wasn’t expecting a great cappuccino but was really surprised. Well worth the stop after the land of Starbucks (aka west Houston and Katy)!

2025 update: Espresso drink quality is greatly subsided. Last few stops have been terrible. 😞 unsure what has changed.

Great place to stop in Columbus. Good variety of menu items. Wish they carried Diet Dr. Pepper in bottles

I just moved to the area and I’ve tried latte a couple of times. The Atmosphere isn’t bad but is definitely a bit lacking compared to other coffee shops, cafés, and coffee bars I’ve visited, but by no means, does it make me want to sit and enjoy my order at the location. The employees are nice enough And the couple of times I’ve been here my has been accurate and the restaurant has been clean. I haven’t ordered any of their food items so my review is solely based on beverages. Their coffee recipe for a Frappuccino was a good one for what it was however, that style of recipe is not my cup of tea, and definitely not my preferred. I absolutely adore teas: both their chai and their Matcha I threw away without drinking more than a sip because they were absolutely awful. In total, I will never be visiting the café again due to their beverage recipes. I would rather drive 30 minutes to Sealy to get a halfway decent morning beverage. I typically don’t post reviews; however, in this case, I do hope that the recipes improve, especially as there are limited options in the area.
