Buffet wasn't worth the price!! Quality of food was just ok, does not match the reputation. Limited items on buffet. Catfish wasn't crisp and was cold, macaroni and cheese was made with cheap cheese sauce, and the delicious LOOKING rolls were hard and cold. No butter or cocktail sauce, almost done when waitress finally brought some as per our request. Would not recommend!
Really Good Homestead Menu! Fried Chicken is excellent! Sandwiches are big ! Pies are made from scratch every day! And the Buffet for lunch is great ! Salad Bar with lots of options! Buffet great choices, soup, fresh baked buns, several vegetables and sides . Meat options ..from Bar B Q to fried fish..Nothing ever disappoints. And the Service Staff has always been a pleasure !
We have been going to Schobel's for more than 20 years. Good breakfast but, for the price, the coffee should be excellent and it is NOT. Good coffee makes a breakfast and Schobel's restaurant has very poor coffee.
Service is usually very good (like Donna) but the young lady this morning needs training.
