They changed their menu and didn't have what I always order. Our waiter hardly ever came to our table. Then they swiped our card 3 times and came back claiming that it was declined. Our online statement said there was clearly enough money on the card. They failed to tell us that they swiped our card 3 times so we got charged each time they swiped it.
