BEWARE! DOMINOS IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! We usually order pizza about 3 times a month. Usually our Friday treat. We drive in from a near by town. We usually love it here. The last time the crust seemed a little undercooked or something. (Same this time, its just not the same as usual and chewy...photo attached) and we didn't get extra pineapple. My husband calls and the young lady said, apologized and said they'd note and and remake it. (It couldnt have been more than 2 weeks ago that we had an issue) Tonight we called for that pizza with the intent of ording a second. He gets there and was told we he makes complaints 3 times a week and he's not to return. They wouldn't give their names either. We have NEVER complained. We have always been happy with their pizzas and service when we pick up. They also refused to show proof of the complaints. I'm not sure what is going on over there but that's not a way to do business. Like I said Domino's is right across the street. WHAT A SHAME.

We just ordered a Super Supreme pizza with extra black olives, cheese and sauce from the Columbus Pizza Hut, and it was by far one of the best Pizzas I have eaten in the last few years! Our cook and server was Angie, who graciously helped my wife with the order and brought it out to us with a smile. We definitely recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone wanting excellent service, quality and prices in the area!

PLACED AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY AND SOME OF THE ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED. CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR OVER 7 MINUTES AND HAD TO HANG UP AND CALL BACK. FINALLY GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT DELIVER THE REST OF MY ORDER AND I COULD COME PICK IT UP. I CANT LEAVE MY JOB TODAY DUE TO MEETINGS. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

First Time coming to this Pizza Hut and I would definitely come back. The service was so good. The lady who attended us today did an amazing job and deserves a raise. I honestly don’t mind making the 45 minute drive to come out here from now on.

Just picked up a large supreme pizza. Got home and Very Little toppings on pizza...sure not worth the money.
I had the meat lovers melt. I love pizza but did I don’t want to get a whole pizza while out of town for work. The melts are the perfect size for a quick pizza satisfying option. The toppings, cheese, and the sauce were all just the right about. The little cup of dipping sauce made the melt even more delicious.
