We came here from out of town as it was the only place we could find open but loved it!! The food was incredible and they were so accommodating for a gluten allergy to fry catfish with just corn meal! The lunch special was perfectly priced and came with dessert and a drink as well!
This is a nice little diner. The lunch special was chicken fried steak, which was delicious. Worth to few miles out of the way it took to get here. Sounded like several repeat customers here to from the interactions with the waitress.
A truly great restaurant. Fresh eggs, good sausage and biscuits. Homecooking! Nice people working here, come support their business. If you're coming or going from Copperas Creek with a trailer, use the overflow parking outside the front gate to park your rig, it's a short walk and well worth it. Ask first.
