I plan to be in soon, but Rosario & family catered an event I was lucky enough to be at, at the old "Rocking Chair Ranch" in Jonesboro, Texas, and this BBQ fiend was "in Heaven" ! ! !
I have had my favorite, BBQ brisket just about everywhere I could find it, but they made the absolute best, most mouth-watering & tender, brisket I've ever tasted.
All the traditional sides were just as perfect as the brisket.
