Had a little mix-up with my drive-thru order, but the Paris team handled it amazingly! They were super apologetic, quickly remade the food, and even gave me a voucher without me asking. Everyone makes mistakes, what really matters is how you handle them, and this team handled it with professionalism and kindness. You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes. Great customer service goes a long way. Thank you!

This place has some great food

The worst service I’ve ever had. I had ask twice to place my order, then after waiting 45 min and all the other tables around me been giving food we were told they put the food in to go bag and sent out but they will remake it as soon as they can. I’ve never had this issue at any other location but the commerce one, will never come back. Save yourself the wait and go to another one

The menu in the drive-through clearly states that the price of the steak and broccoli is $12.25. That's what I ordered but in the drive-through they charge me $15.97. I brought it up to them and they said they changed their prices in January but it was an old menu that they had not changed. It is now April. That boils down to just false advertising. I told him it only takes a couple minutes just to put a sticker over the price to change it. That's close to a 25% increase and they hadn't changed the display price for a month. That loan is enough for me to write at one star for the deceptive pricing

Love the Rainbow Roll! The Spicy California Roll wasn't so spicy but was still enjoyable, as was the service. Thnx!

Saturday night at 6.30 is.. 5 tables full.. ordered California roll and chicken Udon.. service was slow. Tea glass stayed empty until I ask them to fill it. Meal preparation looked good, chicken was Waaay overcooked. Noodles were slimy.. when I mentioned it, the response was , we will fix that next time... I will never be back. 50.00 for this quality.. Panda Express is better quality.
