We had lunch here yesterday. My wife had the salmon while I had the club sandwich. Wife said salmon was excellent but I found the club sandwich lacking. A couple of pieces of bacon would make it and come on, 15 bucks and no bacon?
The food is great and the staff are very friendly. Our daughter flies in from Colorado often and she makes sure to stop in for the Berry Crapes.

Based on the reviews, Texas Cafe Diner Commerce offers a wonderful breakfast experience. The food is excellent and made fresh, not prepackaged. Popular meals include the very berry waffle, which is covered in strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, sweetened marscapone cheese, a berry sauce, a vanilla sauce, and powdered sugar, with no syrup needed. The Greek Omelette with hashbrowns, fruit, and their signature Hot Sauce is outstanding, and the avocado & spinach grilled chicken is perfect. The home made ranch is way better than other restaurants. The service is super friendly and welcoming, with staff like Britney & Eddie being phenomenal. However, one reviewer reported extremely rude customer service from an employee who did not know the menu, refused to give a receipt, argued with a customer, and would not provide a manager's name. Overall, for a small town breakfast that hits the spot, a visit is highly recommended.
