Had a little mix-up with my drive-thru order, but the Paris team handled it amazingly! They were super apologetic, quickly remade the food, and even gave me a voucher without me asking. Everyone makes mistakes, what really matters is how you handle them, and this team handled it with professionalism and kindness. You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes. Great customer service goes a long way. Thank you!
Went to the Greenville restaurant for dinner. The wait staff was very attentive, the food came fast, the Pho was so hot my husband had to wait to eat it, and my sushi was wonderful. We are anxious to go back.
tried the new space in Greenville it was great. friendly staff. fast service. great calamari. fried dumplings. sushi and hibachi...I would not recommend the shrimp...it was small and tough. the rest was amazing!! great prices
