“Had a little mix-up with my drive-thru order, but the Paris team handled it amazingly! They were super apologetic, quickly remade the food, and even gave me a voucher without me asking. Everyone makes mistakes, what really matters is how you handle them, and this team handled it with professionalism and kindness. You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes. “Came here for dinner and everyone enjoyed their dishes. The table had spaghetti with sauce, chicken Alfredo, baked ziti, lobster ravioli with shrimp, and bread. Wow the flavor profiles on each dish was fabulous, made from scratch and great friendly service means we will definitely be back! For the level of cuisine and environment being served this place is very affordable, would have paid at least $7-$9 more per dish in places like McKinney, Celina and Plano, Tx.“
