Had a little mix-up with my drive-thru order, but the Paris team handled it amazingly! They were super apologetic, quickly remade the food, and even gave me a voucher without me asking. Everyone makes mistakes, what really matters is how you handle them, and this team handled it with professionalism and kindness. You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes. Great customer service goes a long way. Thank you!
Saturday night at 6.30 is.. 5 tables full.. ordered California roll and chicken Udon.. service was slow. Tea glass stayed empty until I ask them to fill it. Meal preparation looked good, chicken was Waaay overcooked. Noodles were slimy.. when I mentioned it, the response was , we will fix that next time... I will never be back. 50.00 for this quality.. Panda Express is better quality.
The food is good, it’s not the best but enough for a small town. Give it three stars as portions have gotten smaller over the years while the prices have increased. Nonetheless, atmosphere is always great, awesome service.What made me want to place a review today was my sweet chili sauce being less than half full. Not to mention that I asked for two, it could’ve been enough had it been properly full but this happens pretty often
