I am so disappointed! I never do reviews but after years of supporting for regular and GLUTEN free items I will never be returning. My very sweet friend ordered a cake for my 50th surprise birthday. To her horror when she served us all the cake was raw. She called as we all encouraged her to as I have had gluten free for 20 years and from Baby Cakes and have never had it be so inedible.
