Tried to go inside the lobby with my two kids to purchase ice cream at 8:38pm and was told the inside was closed and drive thru was only available when it states on the door they close at 9pm. We wanted to order ice cream for our kids so we could eat inside for dinner at Chipotle. This is like the 3rd time they have told us the lobby is closed prior to their actual listed closing time. It is always a bunch of teens trying to clean before the place is closed and it's super frustrating.

The guy at the window didn’t remember our order after just making it in the drive thru and I Asked for 1 scoop and it came out with freezer burn. Our total was 8.75 and the dude said “oh we don’t have the change” as if we’re supposed to be okay with that? I mean don’t get me wrong it’s not a lot but it’s still my money, and then dropped it at the window. Really??

Short staffed,was there for about about 10 minutes. I was ordering at the Dunkin Donuts counter and customers for Baskin Robin's that came in behind me were served before I was. I just gave up and went down the road to another of their locations.
