My sister came in person and ordered a custom cake to pick up in a week, a week goes by and we go to pick up the cake, an employee goes to the back to get the cake and what do you know...there's no cake. The employee behind the counter was very nice and was trying to contact the Manager and the cake decorator but no one answered sooo at least the nice employees were able to refund the money, but the way this place is managed is so bad. I do not recommend ordering a custom cake here.

Bad experience when I get there to pick up my online cake order that I placed in advanced and say it is no where to be found!!! Showed them my order number and proof and cake was not ready!!! Manager was called and never responded leaving the employee clueless on what to do. Took forever to let me know what was happening. They said they did not know what happened or where my cake was. Offered different cake, but would of been nice to receive something out of courtesy for all the trouble. More people arrived and they waited a long time to be attended inside. Seems like staff is low and slow! Annoying times!!!!

The teenage or early 20s girl that was working on the evening of May 22nd at closing time needs to be fired. Terrible customer service. I will not return. I am so sad the Baskin Robbins on Sawdust closed a couple of years ago. They had great owners and employees. We went there all the time. The College Park store lost our business tonight forever.

To the manager of this facility, just so you know your employees are closing early when customers are still coming in and out. I was there Sunday and the doors were locked on us 30 minutes before closing, and they saw us and would not let us in. You're losing business.

Placed an online order, arrived, they advised they do not have any of the flavors i ordered. I requested to cancel the order and requested my refund. The rude workers at the window advised they don’t do refunds and I must contact corporate. Drove home. Called corporate. Corporate advised the store workers must be untrained as this is not a process corporate handles. They now have to provide my information to the franchise owner, with a 48 est response time, then provide details of my case and then request a refund through them. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY and go to a nice Cold stone creamery or Dairy Queen. This is absolutely absurd and beyond unprofessional.

On 2/8/25, I ordered a cake (chocolate with strawberry ice cream) for pick up at noon on 2/13/25. The cake was for my wife’s birthday.
I arrived on 2/13/25, at 3 PM and the employees could not find the cake. The employee was told by the manager over the phone to give me a similar cake. The employees asked if I still wanted them to write “happy birthday”and I said yes. After 50 minutes waiting in the store the employee provided me the cake in the photograph. The cake wasn’t even the same flavors I purchased. I asked the employee has the manager seen the cake you are providing me and she said yes I sent him a picture. How can any manager look at that cake and say yes give that horrible cake to the customer. This manager is representing this store or Baskin-Robbins in horrible light.
I asked if I can speak the to the manager because this was not what I paid for online. The employee called the manager and said I was unhappy with cake. The employee informed the manager that I had said how can we make this right. The manager asked the employee what I wanted. I replied, whatever he believes is correct. I provided the manager an opportunity to correct the issue.
I was offered the cake in the photograph or another cake of another flavor without “Happy Birthday” on the cake. Unbelievable.
The manager didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, the hour I spent at the store waiting for the horrible cake. I seriously can’t believe the manager’s response to the store’s error.
I will never purchase anything ever again from this store. The manager definitely needs to be sent to a customer service training.
Also, I want to mention the employees at the store were great under the circumstances. I understood it wasn’t their fault. I feel sorry for the employees having such a horrible manager.

My husband and I stopped by pretty close to closing and found the ice cream cases fully stocked with plenty of variety. I went with Love Potion #31 & he chose the classic that never fails, Rocky Road. The young man that served us was very kind and was prompt and the portions were very generous! We also indulged on some Dunkin’ Donuts yummies as well - which still offered a decent selection that close to closing time. The young lady that gave us our muffins was super sweet too! The ice cream was excellent, as always with Baskin-Robbins.

Okay, I can see this place has gotten a lot of bad reviews so I wanted to give them a shout out for something good.
Had sundaes delivered three nights in a row this past week (don't judge I'm going through a hard time) and every sundae was perfect. Scoops were large, and there were a lot of almonds and hot fudge.
I can't speak for how it looks inside or attitudes or anything, but my orders were delicious and I'll keep ordering from here.

Staff was friendly but the inside was filthy. Every table was disgusting and filthy. The icecream cones were stale and tasted old. Don’t waste your money here. McDonalds is better.
