Went here 3/21/2024 for dinner with my wife and son. The two founders were behind the counter and were both very kind the entire time we were there. They casually chatted, gave recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding and made a point to try. It was a unique experience. We had the Sundance and Johnny Ringo. I'm glad we gave it a try. We also had the loaded fries. For the price we paid it should have been atleast double the amount for the fries. I would have been disappointed if drove back an hour to try this place. I'd try it again if in the area to try other selections but I don't agree with others stating it's the best hot dog they've ever had. But it is unique....read full review

Small place with large flavor. I ate the Wyatt Earp with a side of Sriracha fries, both of which were amazing. Sat at the bar and received great service with an excellent conversation. For your drink, give Otto's Root Beer (locally crafted in Huntsville) a try.
