Well this was very disappointing. I was handed my food after waiting almost 30 minutes, but I didn’t get ind the wait for fresh food. I was assured it was hot and fresh. Now two pieces of my fish were indeed fresh… but one was not. And none of my husband’s fish was fresh. Hush puppies… hot and fresh! The french fries may have been fresh yesterday. Last but not least was the “Fresh” biscuit…. Well lets just say it had the consistency of a hockey puck 😕

I love this Chicken Express!! I always order the catfish fillets with hush puppies, with corn nuggets and a large sweet tea. At this particular Chicken Express, they always fry my catfish when I order so it's piping hot and fresh. The service is great. The food is amazing, and the restaurant is clean. By far the best Chicken Express in Texas!!

My wife ordered online and went through the drive through. Ordered a 3 piece, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn nuggets. They didn't include the corn nuggets so I guess they make a little extra profit today. Good for you

So I placed this review and almost immediately got a reply from someone at the company. They completely replaced my order. That is above and beyond what I expected and greatly appreciated. So I am changing my review to 5 stars
