“The hubs and I have visited this location atleast three times. I've gotten the wings and he has gotten cheesesteak. We've also tried the lemonade which is delicous! Now, first, I want to share that this place is super clean. Every time we've gone in there the tables and everything are clean, there is no trash to be found anywhere, and even the kitchen looks stellar and like someone is constantly cleaning. Im impressed by how clean it is there. The second thing is the service. Since we are new to texas we hadnt been to a charleys before and primarily that is what drew us in. The food looked good and it was a new place for us to try. So when we go in of course we dont know what we want and I always ask questions and ask what the people working their like to eat. Its a red flag to me if they dont eat there. lol. But these employees were super nice, super friendly, and very informed and educated on their menu items. They really helped me decide on what I wanted and that made ordering easy. Now when we got the food, it was hot, because they cook it fresh and they let you customize it to the way you like it which i greatly appreciate! Yay! I did end up getting the traditional bbq wings....ma'am that sauce...ooooweee yum to the yum! that sauce is divine i tell you! and the fries have some sort of seasoning on them. Its just delicious all the way around. Will be back!“

“I called this specific location asking if they could make a pizza to look like a Pokémon ball for me. The manager Travis I think was his name was so nice and opened to the idea. You know us moms and our crazy Pinterest ideas! He did it will zero hesitation and I was so appreciative! He didn’t have to do what he did but for this I will always order from this location! “Willie’s Grill and Icehouse We went to lunch here on a Friday around noon. The restaurant was busy, but we still had plenty of tables to choose from. After placing our order at the entrance line, we made our way to a nearby table. Our server was quick to greet us and confirm our orders. My order of fried catfish with french fries arrived piping hot. The fish was cooked just right and the fries were very tasty. Service was excellent and atmosphere was friendly and inviting.“

“I love this Chicken Express!! I always order the catfish fillets with hush puppies, with corn nuggets and a large sweet tea. At this particular Chicken Express, they always fry my catfish when I order so it's piping hot and fresh. The service is great. The food is amazing, and the restaurant is clean. “Lady was super nice at drive through. One of the pieces of chicken was very small so she have me another piece to make up for it at no charge. For reasons like that I will go out of my way to go to that location. It's so nice when people do what's right! But mostly that they care enough to do that, means a lot to me.“

“Jeremy and his staff are amazing! I place large orders with them frequently for our school and they are always accurate and ready on time. I called earlier this week to order pizza to feed the homeless as many normal resources are shut down due to Covid 19 and Jeremy was happy to assist and even donated 10 out of the 30 pizzas I ordered with out even asking. I hope our community will continue to support this location and their staff as they are a blessing to our community and a joy to work with.“

“I'm giving 5 stars not because of the delivery service I received, but solely due to the service that the GM, Amy provided. I placed a delivery order around 6:35pm one night. I was told the pizza would be delivered in approximately 40 minutes. An hour went by, still waiting; an hour and a half, still no pizza. Finally, an hour and fifty minutes later, my pizza arrives. Needless to say, the pizza wasn't even warm. I immediately called and asked to speak to the manager. I eventually got to speak to the manager (Amy) and explained the situation. She told me she would have a replacement pizza Ready for me in 15 minutes. She also applied a $20 credit to my account for next time I order as a way of apologizing. I've ordered from this location many times in the past, with this definitely the worst it has ever been. Amy taking care of the situation, ensures that I will continue to patronize this location.“

“Food and staff are always amazing. Their AC is currently out but that's not their fault. They were trying to keep it cool with fans, and it actually wasn't that bad. Spent an hr in there catching up with family and barely broke a sweat“

“The food and service are hit and miss. Sometimes they are very friendly, other times not so much. Sometimes the pizza and wings are perfect, but here lately not so much. A lot of times the wings are not tossed in the sauce. Looks like this just drizzled on there and sometimes they're very grisly and chewy. As far as the pizza used to be fresh hot full of toppings that you asked for the last couple times I've ordered from here The amount of toppings and freshness of the pizza have been subpar to say the least.“

“My husband loves Pizza Hut's bone-in wings, which surprises me since he's not fond of eating chicken in the first place. The mild buffalo sauce is top shelf. It's not too hot and it has a little burn to it. I don't eat spicy foods but I like this sauce. I prefer the garlic parmesan sauce on my bone-out wings. Good food, good service, highly recommend!“

“It just reminds me of the Church's Chicken I grew up with. The flavor was great, the bisquits are good, and the apple pie is the bomb! The only thing I didn't like is the place. I get it is a co-location, but the convenience store where it's at, look bad. A place that look more clean and better set, would earn my 5 stars all accross the board.“
