The staff greets me, shakes my hand, and guides me to the register so I can place my order. They listen intently, as if I'm reading something of great importance. They take my order and head to the back to prepare it.
I watch as every movement of the chefs is quick and calculated. Soon, they serve my meal, and I sit in my car to eat. I take a bite of the chicken, and Louisiana flavor floods my mouth. Every bite and crumb tastes like heaven. It is a beautiful experience and possibly the eighth wonder of the world. I would eat here for the rest of my life if I had the choice.“
