Our reservation for a party of seven was at 1:15 PM. We were not seated until 1:50 PM. We waited until 3:30 PM and had still not received our Food. Horrible horrible experience.
Great place all the way around! We will be back. Had the fish & chips at lunch.
Called at 11:45 in regards to a wait for lunch.
Was advised there was no wait. I inquired if they took reservations and she said no. I said awesome-we’re on our way.
She said great see you soon.
When we arrived at 11:53 I went in and asked for a table. Receptionist asked if we had a reservation. I told her no that I had called and advised there was not a wait.
She informed me that today they were not taking walk-ins. Only open for reservations.
