We picked up an ice cream cake for my son's birthday and it was absolutely the best ice cream cake I have ever had. The staff did a great job helping me with my order and they had it ready for me when I picked it up. That cake was a hit at the party, both kids and the adults tore it up. I will come back and get another soon just to have around this summer for my sweet tooth.

There are some places where giving a one star feels like I’m doing them a favor, while there are other places on the opposite spectrum - where a five star feels like a disservice and they deserve more than that. This place is definitely the latter, as I have had nothing but an amazing time here. It feels weird to write but there’s honestly nothing to criticize about this place; from the atmosphere to the food and service, this cold stone is an exemplary establishment and I’m lucky to have this place just across the street from where I work.The service here is amazing. In my opinion it’s always the people who work that determine my rating the most, they usually determine three of the stars while other factors give the last two stars. Here the service is 4/3 stars, not just because of how friendly and helpful they are, but just how consistently nice they are. I come here pretty often and I have not had a single experience where I felt like the staff was just ok.The ice cream here is fantastic. They are constantly bringing in new seasonal flavors and while they may not be my favorite I can always have a sample and their regulars and signature creations are delicious. I’m a big fan of apple pie a la cold stone. I haven’t tried the shakes or cakes yet but I’m eager to try next time.Overall this place is something truly special and not good for a person like me trying to lose some weight ?
