Kali was very helpful and made picking up our cake a breeze!
I went to Cold Stone in Conroe Texas. They didn’t have the cake theme I wanted. So, Kali, the store manager, personally created a theme from scratch. It turned out perfect! Thank you for taking good care of us. Definitely 5 stars!!!
Excellent service! The manager was so welcoming he even gave us some free samples of the ice cream cakes. The new Gingerbread flavor is a must try!

Cold Stone Creamery is a beloved spot known for its delectable treats and welcoming staff. The Spider-Man cake and ice cream cake have been huge hits, especially for birthday parties, with both kids and adults loving them. Customers appreciate the wonderful job the staff does with complicated orders, making them feel special. The strawberry blond in a waffle bowl is a standout, and the ice cream is definitely made with love. The staff is always smiling and courteous, with helpers going above and beyond to make days better. The atmosphere is good but limited on indoor seating. Despite this, the delicious offerings, including the founders favorite, keep customers coming back. This is a wonderful place to get ice cream cakes from, and kids love adding their own toppings!
The staff has some new people, but they are on point, fast, and kind. The ice cream is delicious, and the quality of the ingredients is impressive. One staff member, Jaslene, was especially calm and patient with a customer's son who has anxiety, making him feel safe and comfortable to order what he wanted. This location is definitely worth a visit for the excellent customer service and high-quality ice cream.
