They were ok. The cookies were a bit overcooked; I prefer a softer or chewier cookie. The presentation could, also, stand some improvement.

Great service. Quick turn around on our large order request. Super nice staff. The Monster gluten free peanut butter with M&Ms and chocolate chips was my favorite! It was moist and tender, perfectly sweet not too crazy sweet, and heavenly! Oh my goodness the size ! Enough for 4 people but I ate it all! The iced animal with sprinkles was so cute too!!! The ding dong is my next adventure!

They must have been busy the day I went in because they were out of the one cookie I wanted...French toast! I had to change it up and go with a chocolate chip, frosted sugar, chocolate cupcake, and peanut butter chip. The chocolate cupcake cookie was fresh out of the oven and by the time I arrived home, the frosting had melted down the side of the cookie. The cookies were greasy on the bottom and a little too sweet. I had a State Street twisted soda and it was yummy! Love the addition of coconut cream with the raspberry but the cream was all on the bottom so stirring it better would help with flavor. I got home and stored it up with a spoon and added more ice. I like the logo and how it's carried all throughout the store. The owner was there and gave me information about his pizza place in a nearby area. May try it again but there are lots of cookie places when I need a fix.

1st time coming here, and the customer service was very welcoming. The chocolate chip cookie was really good and decent size. They are way better than crumble!

Why 4 stars? Because large fancy cookies are never a bad time. --- --- --- While my wife and I laugh at how Cookie Co essentially has become the Pepsi to Crumbl's Coke, I'm not offended enough at the copy-catting to say I'm not going to stop in and try some cookies! There are really only two differences between Crumble and Cookie Co: 1) Crumbl has 4 weekly cookies and 2 regulars, while Cookie Co has 3 and 3. 2) Cookie Co also has a fountain soda machine with several different flavors that they add in to your drink. For example, I ordered some kind of cherry concoction to go with my Diet Dr. Pepper. It sounded really tasty but it didn't change the drink that much. I ordered a Snickers cookie and asked the woman to heat it up for me. She said they don't normally do that, but I think my boyish good looks inspired her to make an exception. Note to Cookie Co Management: do not punish this person. In fact, change the rules. Everyone likes a cookie warmed up. Why do you not have a microwave sitting by the cash register solely for this purpose? I thought my cookie was pretty great. I stole a bite of my wife's chocolate chip, but it wasn't heated up, and hence, not that impressive. I think the real reason to decide between Crumbl and Cookie Co just comes down to the flavor preference that week. I give Crumbl the edge just because I prefer more new flavors each week.

Went on down to check out the Cookie Co- Conroe on 242 on a Saturday afternoon and they were popular! I could see why, what drool worthy cookies! After checking them out and waiting my turn (they were friendly and fast to the patrons ahead of me), I chose a 4 pack with a French toast cookie, a frosted sugar cookie, a peanut butter with Reese's pieces and a chocolate chip and they were all great but the peanut butter was my fave. Hubby liked the French toast cookie the best. Totally support these guys, even Mattress Mac had an order in that day! The extra box is a peanut butter cookie I got just for me to enjoy while doing errands and the cookie cutter they had for the cookies if you share them, very handy!

Cookies very large and very greasy. A quarter of a cookie was too much and too sweet. Flavors offered that day were very basic. Too many cookie places out there that are better.

Love where this cookie shop is located. It's surrounded by shops, restaurants and even close to the Methodist hospital. You can smell the cookies baking in the oven before you even open the door! The venue is small but that's okay because it's designed as a grab and go. I have a size medium hand and the cookies are about the size of my hand. Crisp on the outside and dewy goey on the inside. They were perfect! Tasted amazing. They have about six different flavors. Try not to become an addict!!Parking: LotKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes plenty

We stopped by tonight to get dessert and ordered two chocolate cupcake cookies and one French toast cookie. As you can see that's not what we got. Was it busy? No...We were the only ones in there. Now on to the cookies...the chocolate cupcake was the clear winner from my chocoholic son and husband. They decided to split the one begrudgingly since we didn't get two. I liked the maple french toast as it wasn't too overly sweet and did remind me of french toast. Will I be back? Yes. Will I double check the box before I leave? 100% YES!

I couldn't resist getting all the flavors. As you walk in, the smell of deliciously baked cookies welcomes you. You can see the entire baking space, and it is clean. The staff member was very friendly, and while getting my order ready, he engaged in conversation. I was the only customer at the time, so he had the ability to do that. Not much people out on a cold rainy Monday. All the cookies are made fresh. Highly recommended trying them all. They do offer sodas with a twist, but I don't drink soda, so I didn't try. There is no indoor or outdoor seating. They are located in a shopping complex, so parking is convenient.
