This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts around. Do not waste your time or money! Ordered an iced coffee for my wife and as she began to drink it she noticed something at the bottom of her cup. She then fished out some sort of piece of metal equipment from her drink. Looks to be part of a chain, but don't worry, the employees were zero help. Nobody ever answers the phone and if you're lucky enough to get a hold of someone they could care less about any kind of customer satisfaction. The manager was always gone, couldn't provide a refund, blamed it on me, the excuses were endless. My wife likes their coffee and was a regular customer but after this experience and the zero help afterwards we will never go to Dunkin again.

Sausage, egg, cheese on croissant was awful. Very greasy. Inedible. Donuts always good.

Worse service ever the tow young lady dont even greet the costume i was standing there for like 8 minutes they pass by me about 4 times and not ones say anything to me to they finish what they were doing and after just ask me what i need . Gave my oder and didnt even look my way .. very poor costumer service they look lost l..

I go through this drive thru all the time, the reviews about understaffing are 100% correct, usually I only ever order coffee but I decided to eat food from here today. The bagel is OK, but the tots and loaded tots both taste freezer burnt. One bite and I decided not to eat any more.

I ordered everything beagle bites and one of them was frozen. I took it back to get it remade and they literally took the one I bit into and warmed it up (very unsanitary). They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or bother to give me fresh beagle bites.

Arrived at 7:20 am and the front doors were locked while staffed just looked at me and turned the other way. I typically don’t pay attention to low stars on reviews because everyone has their own opinions but this place earns their low stars.
This Dunkin has been so disappointing lately. Lazy workers that take forever. Never ring orders up correctly. Never have the product they promote. And today they give me the wrong order. I give it back and they proceeded to put the already touched donuts back on the shelf. Disgusting.

Just left and will say ..this place went downhill..went in for ice cream and the girl working ..was struggling to out ice cream in my sundae we had to tell her to add more cause she put so little …and asked for peanuts she said it’s extra I said no problem she barely put any ..would have walked out if she didn’t already give me my daughter’s…horrible device ..seems like all the Dunkin’s around here are going downhill..Starbucks for me!!

Ordered Donuts and Kolachi's and paid for it. Had to wait 15 mins as I wasn't informed it had to be cooked. When Kolachi's were ready a couple were burnt. Also since I ordered 8 the guy that sold me bragged to his coworker that he was proud to have upsold me. Another customer was waiting too and rolled her eyes. Poor service, atmosphere, and food.
