I went thru the drive-thru with my dog and told them that it was my 1st time getting coffee at Dutch Bros. They surprised me by making my drink and the pup cup complimentary! What AMAZING customer service and my dog also gives the loaded pup cup (whipped cream with milk bones) 5 paws up!!!
The kids that work here are pretty great.
I'm removing a star as I'm getting snobbish about coffee and that's my only minor gripe. The drinks are fine, but after a while- the lack of depth starts to take a toll. There's just something about the premixed chocolate milk they use that doesn't equate to the complexity of a normal mocha.
The espresso, too, is good but not dazzling.
It's caffeine and it tastes...

They legit have the most friendly staff! I enjoy every interaction! I’m not a morning person but after Dutch bros coffee and their friendly baristas, my mornings are definitely better!!
