Food was amazing, but the waitress was not. My coffee set empty for a while, brought syrup at the end of my meal. She did apologize, but still disappointed 😞 in the service received. After the check was brought she paid more attention.

I do not understand why these people don’t want refills people drinks it is very rude do better I could went Dennys and they would refill it many time rude rude rude!!!!! Trevan is my waitress please learn to refill peoples drinks it’s always good for improvement!!!

I was really looking forward to coming here for brunch today because I’d been craving a specific menu item since the night before. When we arrived, the restaurant wasn’t very busy and we were seated in a corner, which I normally don’t mind at all. I actually prefer being off to the side. Unfortunately, that ended up being the worst place to sit.
Our server barely checked on us the entire time. The food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, my French toast was missing basic things it normally comes with. There was no butter and no cinnamon.
Once the food was dropped off, the server never came back to see how everything was or if we needed anything. Instead of checking on us, she dropped the check face up on the table without saying a word or asking how our meal was.
We were left alone in the corner for so long that another server eventually had to come over and ask if we were okay. By that point, I was already full and just ready to leave.
For reference, this experience was associated with check #30055 on February 9th, so management can easily look it up without anyone being put on blast.
