Freebirds World Burrito

This was my very first time visiting a Freebirds, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the limited-time birria tacos, which were very good though I’ll admit not the absolute best birria meat I’ve ever had. Still, the flavors were enjoyable and definitely worth trying. The restaurant itself was spotless, and since it wasn’t too crowded, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming, making it easy to sit back and enjoy my meal. Overall, I really enjoyed my first experience here and look forward to coming back to try more of the menu.

The teenage staff here are fantastic, and the food is great. However, the manager (an older woman with glasses) is rude and unprofessional. I've seen her raise her voice at employees and customers, various occasions and her behavior makes for an unpleasant to dinein/order in.

This place has just gone to trash. It always smells like an aquarium, restrooms are nasty, gnats at the drinks, lettuce that tastes a month old. I will not be back to this location, I'd rather drive into Spring

This place is so good. We try to come here often and try something new every time and have yet to be disappointed.

This location provides the vibe and atmosphere of a welcoming space. The food was fresh and hot. The service was above exceptional and I left with a smile. Thanks for being rockstars and being interested in genuine human interaction.

Fantastic burritos and our new go-to takeaway. Very friendly and quick service, good prices and huge portions. Most of all, delicious burritos made with a large selection of ingredients.

The girl working refused to take my order. She said she can refuse service. I was trying to get a taco for my baby toddler and one burrito. She made me repeat my order 5 times and said she was adhd so that’s why why she couldn’t help me.

I have a video of her refusing me service. This is a horrible way to treat a paying customer. Won’t be back!

The manager, Chelsea, not only yelled at us, but also yelled at her employees in front of us. She was not profesional and extremely disrespectful to her staff and customers. This is unexceptable and dissapointing, to say the least.

Chelsea, if you have a training sugggestion for your employees, pull them aside. Screaming at your staff in front of customers makes you look like a child and it sets the wrong tone for the company. Life is hard enough as it is. Be kind.

I spoke your name with pride. I told my brother—my own flesh and blood—that y’all were different. “Trust me,” I said. “They care.”
But now…
I have no brother.
He disowned me mid-bite. Looked me in the eyes and said, “You lied.”
I’ve been excommunicated from the family group chat.
They changed the Wi-Fi password.
Even my mom won’t look at me.

All because you couldn’t read a digital order. You had ONE JOB.
– Corn? Gone.
– Salsa? Ghosted.
– The meat? You look like gave me one scoop, then scooped half back like I wasn’t watching. Like my tears weren’t already seasoning the tortilla. And the portion sizes?? I thought Chipotle was cheap but at least they don’t un-scoop my dreams in front of me.

Y’all turned my burrito into a therapy session.
My lunch became a funeral for trust.
Even my chips were stale—just like my faith in humanity now.

Never again.
You didn’t just ruin lunch…
You ruined my legacy.

Another great Freebirds location. Staff is awesome and welcoming as soon as you walk through the doors. Very big seating area and very clean. Made my quesadilla with the quality we expect from the amazing quality at Freebirds.

Bad service. Food had been sitting out so long the guacamole was brown. All the heated food looked like it had been sitting there for hours.

Eat here 3 to 5 times a month
Always consistent
Dinning area clean
Staff always has a smile

Just be careful with all the add ons can really increase your cost
If you try to hold a Daily lunch budget
