I have tried multiple times to give this location a second and third… ( and fourth) try despite multiple bad experiences. The customer service is really bad here. Today I arrived at home with my food. I work a busy schedule and was looking forward to my meal as the first of the day. I returned back to the location after forgetting to retrieve my drink in the drive thru only to see more bad service. After getting home and taking the first few bites it was apparent that the burger was very old. The meat and cheese was hard and when I lifted the bun the mayo was icky and gross.

Unusually busy when I drove thru. Staff was cheerful and friendly and communicated well. I was asked to pull around to front to wait a moment, but the fresh hot fries delivered with a smile were worth the wait!

Let me just say. This was the best fast food experience I have had in years. I placed my online order tonight. Showed up 7 mins later pulled in the drive thru. Got to the window and my order was immediately ready and the lady in the window was super friendly and helpful. Got my order home it was still hot and fresh and everything was exactly as I ordered down to the sauces. Only thing I didn't get my receipt to be able to give them a survey but I will be calling the manger in the morning to tell them what a Fantastic experience it was.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Awful customer service! Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Cutting me off while taking my order, snatching my card out of my hand, and my order was incorrect and missing items. Highly disappointed. Definitely need some retraining at this location.
