I have tried multiple times to give this location a second and third… ( and fourth) try despite multiple bad experiences. The customer service is really bad here. Today I arrived at home with my food. I work a busy schedule and was looking forward to my meal as the first of the day. Unusually busy when I drove thru. Staff was cheerful and friendly and communicated well. I was asked to pull around to front to wait a moment, but the fresh hot fries delivered with a smile were worth the wait!
Let me just say. This was the best fast food experience I have had in years. I placed my online order tonight. Showed up 7 mins later pulled in the drive thru. Got to the window and my order was immediately ready and the lady in the window was super friendly and helpful. Got my order home it was still hot and fresh and everything was exactly as I ordered down to the sauces.
