It was our first time coming in and trying Jeremiah’s.
It definitely will not be the last! Sierra was very friendly with us and was so patient with helping us try different flavors to figure out what we wanted.
When telling her it was our first time she told us about the rewards program and helped us get signed up!

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice always hits just the spot. Their Flavorites (preset flavors they have that come with multiple flavors and layer-ins to make up for a great price) are perfect for anybody. They have an amazing outdoor area, an indoor mural, and an overall wonderful environment. They serve amazingly and make sure you get your money’s worth, and with the rewards app, everything is easier.

I have returned back to this location 2 times since my initial visit, both times have been a disaster. I thought it was just an off night as I placed an order through door dash, I got the completely wrong order, I ordered 3 larges and received 2 large and one small all of the wrong flavor, Upon looking at the receipt it was written that they were out of my requested flavor which is fine, some communication...
