One of the workers was rather rude. His customer service skills was awful. My boyfriend n I asked a question n he responded what which to me is rude. It was kinda loud n there I understand but him responding what is n was rude. Idk if I'll go bk.

The service could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.Update 01/20: clearly the response is generic because I did NOT receive the highest level of service. I decided to try Jersey Mike's today for the first time because I noticed I had a coupon for a free sub on my counter. I came in and was greeted by the younger woman who made my sandwich, and she was very nice. But once we got to the register, we realized that the coupon I had intended to use was no longer valid. That's when the other older woman came and started speaking to me as if I had done something wrong. I simply said that "I thought we had just received the coupons in the mail" to which she replied "that was impossible and i must be mistaken" In a very rude and dismissive manner.. Not wanting to waste the food, I simply paid what was owed and went on my way. But I will not be back. Thanks for introducing yourselves to the neighborhood though, jersey mikes! I'll make sure my family and our neighbors continue to do business elsewhere. Have a great day ?

What a disappointment! We love Jersey Mike’s so we were excited to get one in our neck of the woods. In no time, however, it has become nasty. The floors aren’t swept or mopped, all the tables dirty and sticky. What a shame! Not much pride in ownership at this location.

Jersey Mikes is the best we know that. Fresh sliced meat and made to order. You want a sub sandwich you will not find better anywhere!!
Definitely a really great sandwich shop! One of the better ones out there with delicious food and great staff. The cold subs are the best ones.
