my husband and I went there waited for our food. chicken very greasy undercooked. forgot things that we ordered, also staff was cussing at one another. the dining area was not clean at all. I will be calling a manager tomorrow bc the one there tonight didn't seem to care and was horse playing with the staff. awful we will not be going back there and hopefully they will find actual employees that can do there job. just awful. we will be asking for fresh food or refund back...read full review
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-WOUlD NOT HONOR ADVERTISED DEALS
Placed and prepaid for online order. Store refused to fill the order because day manager told them that particular bucket deal was no longer available. Employee told me to go back online and request a refund but he wasn’t going to fill my order. Pushed me aside to serve other waiting customers.
