My only complaint is that things were too spicy, no option for mild or medium. My wife prefers mild and couldn't eat the salsas/sauces or the beans.Tacos were very good, reasonably priced! We got chicken, beef fajita, and quesabirria. Quesabirria had TONS of cheese, consomme was just okay. Ranchero beans were also tasty, but spicy.
I have a deep love for tacos that are traditional and not tex - mex , , that being said I was born and raised in northern California and grew up eating Mexican food my whole life . When I moved to Conroe Texas over a year ago I went in search of the best tacos in town and salsa. Wow the birria Ramen was huge and so much flavor! Also they had the best charro beans I've ever tasted. The street tacos were good, but normal for street tacos. The Birria was the star today! Fun fact: this is a taco truck, not a restaurant and bees were a real problem.
