I went here yesterday to pick up ice cream for my brother’s birthday and had such an incredible experience all because of Miss Betty. She was so kind and went far and beyond for me, even provided me a plastic bag to help me carry all my ice cream I took to go. If I ever pass by Marble Slab I’ll buy ice cream so long as she’s there, even in the winter!
The older woman working tonight was a rockstar! So sweet! We have not had great experiences at this location previously due to rude staff on multiple occasions but she was such a sweetheart and was doing her best to keep up with us and the other people in line! She greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome ( out of the norm for this location unfortunately ). Management give her a pat on the back!
Went in tonight for national ice cream day. Every ice cream flavor was half way melted. When the scoops were put on the slab, (one scoop at a time back and forth from the ice cream to the slab…) it got all over and did not look like scoops because of how melted it was. The slab was filthy and I got residue of other ice cream on the one I received. Employees were not welcoming, and just lacked in customer service overall.
