Usually always have a wonderful experience with Marcos. Their food is good, however this last time sandwiches were not even warm. My go-to is Marcos because of the variety of options, not just pizza. I still highly recommend! Other than pizza- their garden salad is BOMB (get croutons on side so they don’t get soggy!) and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich is me and my son’s fav.

I ordered the Supreme. It was good, but not my favorite pizza. Rather salty and the cheese isn’t traditional. It has a stronger flavor than most mozzarella’s. Fresh ingredients and the crust is fantastic.

I have been buying Marco’s Pizza from Texas to the Southeast. I know Marco’s has good pizza, but I have purchased pizza at this location three (3) time and it has never been correct or even good pizza. Need to figure it out. Will not be back.

So i placed an order online & when I went to pick it up I realized I placed it on the wrong location. Jesse was the marcos employee he said no worries I'll get started on your order right away while you call and cancel the order you made to the Ella Blvd location & in about 8-10 minutes my order was ready i was more than pleased & happy because I was on my lunch break from work Jesse went above and beyond 🙂

Bad service over an hour to deliver my pizza and will not give me a refund lady said you're options went away for it to go back to you're card then proceeds to say oh I can't the system won't let me I can only give you a credit for you're account but you will have to ask for it do not order from them paid almost 40 bucks to have a shit delivery that's wild

I work in the food and beverage industry, and let a lot slide - but sometimes places are just outright ridiculous.

The employees here are rude and need customer service skills. Ordered 2 pizzas, they were delivered in about 30 minutes which was great delivery driver showed up handed me the pizzas didn’t say anything. No peppers no cheese but I’m not making a big deal off that. I bring in the pizzas and it’s a different name, different address, different pizzas. How’d that even happen? I run outside (he’s still in his car mind you) and try to flag him down and he peels out. Okay maybe he didn’t see me? Still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I call Marcos and a woman picks up and I tell her that I received someone else’s pizzas. She says “okay?” Long pause. “Was it a delivery?” I reply yes, and she asks me several questions about the pizzas I received. No sorry, no questions about my order, just rude and accusatory like I did something wrong. After asking me several questions about the pizzas I received she finally says “do you want a store credit or us to remake it? It’s going to be LIKE 45 minutes if you want us to remake it”. I cannot believe y’all are treating customers like this. I get it, sometimes jobs suck but if you make a mistake? Own it.
