I was worried when I arrived since it seemed the place was very slow. I always watch the buffet line to see if they drop products that are past their hold time. When I saw they did this regularly I relaxed and had a phenomenal meal knowing I would not be sick. Great variety of cooked food. I do feel they could do better on desert options. The Buffet opens at 11, we arrived shortly after 11:30.
The food was good but it was all either luke warm or cold which was slightly off-putting.
We tried general tso's, pepper steak, honey chicken, and other typical Chinese food favorites.
